This letter is concerning my son's wedding which was held on September 10, 2011, and Kyle was our DJ. I am the Director of Sales for Birch Hill and have been in the wedding business for over 20 years. From the minute Kyle introduced us until the end of the night, we went overtime twice, as none of our guests left early; the dance floor was packed!
My family and friends all said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Kyle mixed up the music for the younger and older people, and everyone had a ball dancing the night away. My son's friends all said they will stay friends with him forever because I have a younger daughter 18 and they wanna be invited to her wedding down the road.
As the Sales Director for Birch Hill Catering, I do a lot of weddings and see a lot of DJ's. Conway Entertainment in my mind is one of the most professional DJ services in the Capital District. If you can get my husband on a dance floor most of the night, you have hit a home run!
Remember when planning a wedding, the food, music and of course your pictures are your memories and we will have a lifetime of memories thanks to Kyle.
From beginning throughout the planning stage and the time he spent with my daughter-in-law and son picking out songs, he was great. Even if he did not have the songs, he made sure he got them for their special day. Everything on their wish list for that day was met by Kyle.
The uplighting we got through them was a surprise to Michael & Brittany, and it made the room look even more beautiful, and believe me, the Conservatory Room at Birch Hill is already stunning! It was so elegant.
Kyle and the staff at Conway Entertainment will always be on my number one recommendation list at Birch Hill and hold a special place in our hearts.
My goddaughter who had just got engaged and was at the wedding ended up booking Conway Entertainment for her wedding because of all the fun and the special touches Kyle put into our wedding.

Kyle was there to help me every step of the way. I cannot say enough good about Kyle, he helped me through the entire process and made me feel at ease that all would go smoothly and it did! He was professional but fun and knew the crowd well and what would make them have a great time! He played all the songs I had wanted and then some, there were alot of requests and he did his best to keep everyone happy. He did such a good job that no one wanted to leave the dance floor and we had to extend it a half an hour! Kyle was amazing, we got rave reviews of the entire wedding, which included the entertainment. Like I said we had to go overtime because everyone was having so much fun. We really enjoyed working with your company, from planning to the event it was a wonderful experience. We absolutely loved Kyle from the beginning! He understood our needs and was there for us every step of the way. Kyle was better at managing our event than our wedding coordinator from the catering company. He always put our needs first and considered our opinions in each selection.
Everybody LOVED him! They booed at the end of the night because nobody wanted him to leave... they hoped the party could continue on. Throughout the night guests commented on his selections, his friendly nature, and his talent as an emcee. Kyle really picked up on the vibe of the crowd and made everyone get up and dance!
I don't think there was ever a bad song played throughout the night. From cocktail hour, through dinner, and into the night he played the right music at the right time.
Kyle picked up on the crowd's enthusiasm and brought it right into his comments. Everyone was impressed!
We had the best wedding of all time. We continue to hear from friends and family about how much fun they had. Your service made our day even better than we had hoped for.
WE LOVE KYLE. I would recommend him to any bride and groom as the perfect DJ. He understands you and your guests and always gets it right!
