Fernando's past is filled with global radio play, television appearances, club performances, motion pictures, and as an opener for many artists, such as, Ludacris and Fabolous. Diverse as his music; Latino, African, and European background has exposed him to various genres of music, which has been a tremendous influence to his innovative style and performance. This professional has been in the business since the age of nine, entertaining people, hosting events and spinning records. He did a completely AWESOME job for my daughter, Megan, and her friends at her Going Away Party on Friday night at the Ski Lodge in Cobleskill. Fernando got to taste Brooks Bar-B-Q for the first time (no surprise...he really, really liked it) and he charmed the somewhat shy group out of their seats and got them ROCKING!!! He did everything we asked. Everything was great. Our family and friends said it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
Not one person was sitting. Everyone danced all night.

Fernando was exceedingly friendly and open to suggestions, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. He also had a good grasp of what we were looking for in an event, without having to be micromanaged. I had a good sense of that when we initially met and it put the bride and I at ease. Though we had planned the itinerary in detail, circumstances dictated that we deviate from that plan several times. For example, on the fly, the bride decided against having the bouquet toss because the guests were in a groove and we feared that the toss would cool things down. Fernando concurred and was able to accommodate us, as he did with all the impromptu changes, as though it was planned from the get-go, and made it flow naturally. All the planned events went off without a hitch as well. A number of guests told us after the event that either they wished the reception did not have to end or it was the best wedding that had been to, ever. It was all attributable to Fernando. It's said that, more than anything else, the DJ makes the wedding reception. You guys (especially Fernando) far and away proved that statement true. Professional, bounding with suggestions and enthusiasm, great music selections, and willing and able to roll with the punches; pro job Fernando!
