We require a signed contract and usually a small deposit in order to reserve your date. This is necessary to protect you and our company. The remaining balance can be paid off any time up until the date of the event. We wish to receive payment at the beginning of the event, so that we are not trying to get payment at the end of the night when you are saying goodbye to your guests.
